Introduction
Red Alert! Red Alert!!
Calling all Stage 3 Space Explorers!
We need your help! We have astronauts lost in space!!!
During a space launch, we lost all communications to a team of astronauts on a discovery mission and we need you to track their flight path, locate the missing astronauts and restore their communication system.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves searching our Solar System following the clues left behind by our missing astronauts, while documenting all that you discover about our planets and space on the way. This search and rescue mission is relying on YOU!
Do you think you have what it takes to be an astronaut? Will you be able to successfully follow the clues? Will you find our missing explorers? What interesting facts will you find out about our Solar System?
Will you accept the challenge?
To give you a introductory briefing for your mission you can watch the 'planet song' video below before scrolling down to continue your preparation.
* This 1 minute video clip is a song about the Solar System. Click on the arrow to listen to the introductory song about planets.
